Recruitment Service Fee Structure & Guarantee

  • 35% or 40% of annual gross salary (success/placement-based)
  • Invoiced on candidate’s start date
  • 30%: For exclusive agreements or multiple hiring slots
  • 25%: Retained search (retainer + success fee)
  • If the candidate resigns within 3 months of starting employment, we will introduce a replacement candidate at no additional fee.
  • If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, we will discuss a partial refund depending on the situation.
