Recruitment Service Fee Structure & Guarantee
Standard Placement Fee
- 35% or 40% of annual gross salary (success/placement-based)
- Invoiced on candidate’s start date
Adjustment Options
- 30%: For exclusive agreements or multiple hiring slots
- 25%: Retained search (retainer + success fee)
Guarantee & Refund System
- If the candidate resigns within 3 months of starting employment, we will introduce a replacement candidate at no additional fee.
- If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, we will discuss a partial refund depending on the situation.
