About the Scrum.org certification

Scrum.org‘s Professional Scrum Product Owner AI Essentials™ (PSPO-AIE) is a globally recognized, industry standard assessment.

★★　All students of this PSPO-AIE class will be issued a password to take the PSPO-AIE assessment　★★

Once you receive your password, you must take the exam within 14 days. A passing score of 85% or higher is required. If you do not score 85% or higher, you will be allowed a second attempt at no additional cost.
Unlike other certifications, Scrum.org certifications do not expire.

This course introduces Product Owners and related professionals to the fundamentals of AI and its applications in modern product development. When a student leaves the classroom they will be able to:

  • Describe AI and how it supports modern product development
  • Explain key concepts in AI, including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI
  • Discuss how AI tools can enhance Product Ownership through real-world use cases
  • Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Synthesia, Bolt, Notion, AppSheet) to support product management / product development work
  • Move from theory to practice by embedding AI tools into your daily Product Ownership
  • Identify ethical and responsible practices when adopting AI tools
  • Implement AI-informed behaviors as AI-literate Professional in daily work
